Happy Valley Town Center Pediatric Clinic

Great place to go to the doctor! Super easy to make an appointment, and the staff is always wonderful! Dr. DeSouza is the best! He always takes the time to explain everything very clearly, and you can tell that he cares about your health. In general though, all the doctors are great, and I've never had any issues with them!The MA's are great too! I've come in for vaccines or blood draws, and I'm always out within 20 minutes. I love that they offer comfort options for vaccines, I'm not sure how much it actually does (for me at least), but I always appreciate the option!Only thing I've ever noticed is that some of the clinical notes/after visit summaries aren't always charted accurately. Usually they chart the comfort promise inaccurately, stating that they discussed options, and that I chose nothing and tolerated the procedure well (They usually never will discuss options at all, they'll just choose for me). For blood draws, they have never asked me once. In the past they have documented that they had 1 successful attempt, and 0 unsuccessful attempts, even when they missed my vein and had to re-stick me in the other arm to draw blood. I understand that isn't the most serious issue, but if it were something more serious that was charted inaccurately, that would be an issue. I also understand that most people won't even pay attention to that.Overall great doctor's office, and lovely staff; would definitely recommend to others!

Love Dr. Bauer and PA Alyssa Loeffler. As where some pediatric providers here seem to be booked Alyssa always has timely openings and consults with Dr Bauer frequently. Has wonderful bedside manners and always eases my worried-mom-mind. After my son spent the first 58 days of his life in the NICU and was finally due to be released we were unhappy to hear his insurance would not cover seeing him at metro pediatrics. After his 4-month-well child check this last Friday it has proven a very wise decision on our part to switch insurance providers to one covered here at metro.5 stars across the board. Always positivity and will continue to recommend to other parents and patients.Thank you team!

We love Dr. Murdick. She is always very welcoming, listens to our concerns and helps my child understand what is the best his health.

I have Dr. Alex as my pediatrician for my children, and I truly appreciate the way he treats every family with care and understanding. He recognizes that every child and every situation is different.Last week, I had to bring all of my kids to an appointment, and it was honestly a bit overwhelming. My 2- and 4-year-olds were full of energy and kept asking questions and trying to get his attention while he was examining my 8-year-old. I was getting frustrated and felt bad about the disruption.Dr. Alex was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind throughout the entire visit. He never made me feel uncomfortable and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. I truly appreciate the time he spends with us and the genuine care he shows our family. He is both very professional and very friendly, and we are grateful to have him as our pediatrician.
