Families in our complex care management program have the support of our entire team, including pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and a dedicated nurse care manager. All our team members work together to coordinate your child’s advanced care to improve quality of life, reduce hospitalizations, and relieve some of the stress of caring for a loved one with special health needs. Care coordination also allows us to better treat any complex health conditions that your family member may face with quality medical care.
