Care Philosophy

As a general pediatrician, I enjoy forming a bond with each of my patients from birth to adolescence and every age in between. I also strive to form bonds with my patients’ families or caregivers. I believe that all of these relationships contribute to encouraging our patients to become young adults who are comfortable making decisions to promote their health."

– Aishwarya Deenadayalu, MD

Dr. Deenadayalu was raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and went to college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended medical school at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She was in practice for 3 years in Indianapolis, Indiana, before moving to Portland in the summer of 2008. She admits that the most valuable knowledge that she has gained as a pediatrician is experiencing motherhood firsthand with her daughters born in February 2008 and June 2009.

Dr. Deenadayalu is married and enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as cooking, running, and traveling.

"We are a big fan of Metro Peds! We see Dr. Deenadayalu and we couldn't be happier with the care, attentiveness and resources we are provided for our little one."

"Great practice with helpful friendly doctors and staff. Dr. Ishu is wonderful with the kiddos and also with first time nervous parents."
