Biography

Imagine a child, once unsure and lost, blossoming under the watchful care of a dedicated mentor. Witnessing this transformation was the spark that ignited Emily’s ten-year journey in education and social services, particularly with foster youth and mentoring programs. This formative experience solidified her belief in the transformative power of human connection, ultimately drawing her to a career in behavioral health. Today, Emily uses her expertise to empower children and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges.

Emily has seen firsthand the unyielding resilience of children and adolescents facing tough times. As a behavioral health clinician, she walks alongside them, championing their voices and becoming a trusted guide as they discover their inner strength and build life-affirming skills. Whether it’s conquering anxiety, managing depression, or navigating complex family dynamics, Emily fosters a safe space where open communication and healthy coping strategies can flourish.

Raised in the sun-kissed city of Los Angeles, Emily carries a deep love for sunshine, Disney classics, travel adventures, and the gentle strum of her ukulele. When not in the therapy room, you might find her unwinding with a steaming cup of tea in one of her favorite cozy mugs or striking a lotus pose as a certified yoga teacher.
