My work focuses on getting to know our emotional worlds more deeply, connecting to self-love and compassion, and the healing power of movement, music, and play. As a people person, I engage easily with clients and support them with trauma-informed care and a growth mindset. My practice is guided by the belief that we are all capable of making positive changes in our lives and in our world.”– Brenna Sahatjian, LCSW
Social work is a happy mix of Brenna’s two greatest passions: community organizing and helping others. Since 2003, she has worked with people all over the human lifespan and holds a deep respect for people as experts of their own lives. A self-described systems thinker, Brenna appreciates the connections between our well-being as individuals and the health of our communities. In recent years, she has worked primarily with youth and families, focusing on access to quality mental health care.
A big believer in the healing power of movement, music, and play, Brenna takes all three to heart in her personal life. She is a lifelong soccer enthusiast who enjoys playing, watching, and coaching. And while she loves strumming the cello and guitar, nothing compares to helping others get to the high notes of life!
