My work focuses on getting to know our emotional worlds more deeply, connecting to self-love and compassion, and the healing power of movement, music, and play. As a people person, I engage easily with clients and support them with trauma-informed care and a growth mindset. My practice is guided by the belief that we are all capable of making positive changes in our lives and in our world.”
– Brenna Sahatjian, LCSWSocial work is a happy mix of Brenna’s two greatest passions: community organizing and helping others. Since 2003, she has worked with people all over the human lifespan and holds a deep respect for people as experts of their own lives. A self-described systems thinker, Brenna appreciates the connections between our well-being as individuals and the health of our communities. In recent years, she has worked primarily with youth and families, focusing on access to quality mental health care.
A big believer in the healing power of movement, music, and play, Brenna takes all three to heart in her personal life. She is a lifelong soccer enthusiast who enjoys playing, watching, and coaching. And while she loves strumming the cello and guitar, nothing compares to helping others get to the high notes of life!
