Care Philosophy

I aim to use a strengths-based and client-centered approach with my clients. My priorities are to help my clients feel comfortable and heard. I then build individualized treatment plans with specific therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of families I serve. My goal is to make sure all my adolescents feel safe and advocated for.”

– Ada Allaire, LCSW

Biography

Inspired by the counselor who helped her as a teen, Ada set out to become a licensed clinical social worker. During those tough times together, she learned that the right advocacy and support can make all the difference! Today she gives back by helping adolescents through the hardships of growing up, being in school, having family conflicts, and other tough situations. Ada believes that all children should have the opportunity to be heard and the time and space to build skills for whatever life throws their way.

Kids keep Ada on her toes, and she adores working with them. She feels like she’s always learning, laughing, and listening in awe to stories of their resilience. She enjoys getting to know patients and building connections with them and their families. Most of all, Ada loves seeing patients grow and strengthen their own skills that help them be successful individuals.

After a busy day of helping adolescents find their way, Ada gets lost in cooking and cooking shows. Both of which recently paid off when she won her first-ever baking competition! In addition to adventures in the kitchen, Ada loves trying new foods and experiences. She’s into finding new hikes, practicing yoga, and exploring different ways to stay active. Her cat Draco is the best park and sunbathing buddy around!
