How do I get started as a new patient?
You can call us directly, book online, or submit a quick contact form for a callback. Our team will then help you complete registration, transfer medical records, and schedule your child’s first appointment.
How do I find the clinic?
We are located at 1130 NW 22nd Avenue in Portland (Building 3 on the Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center campus), just off I-405 at Exit 2B (NW Everett Street). We are on the third floor in Suite 320 (park on the top level of Parking Structure 3 for easiest access). Free parking validation is available, and our facility is fully ADA-accessible.
