NW Portland Pediatric Clinic

My name is Husam Al Sammaraie I stayed at the hospital for 4 nights and had surgery done. Everybody was angels the service was amazing, staff are nice and welcoming.

Dr. Laura Schley is our 8 year old daughters primary care physician and we met her for the first time at an in office appointment after our daughters release from the ER after severe dehydration from being ill and vomiting for multiple days. Dr. Schley is incredibly welcoming, patient and friendly. She helped us process and understand all of the blood and urine labs from the ER and developed a plan with us in case we needed to return to a hospital for more hydration services. This was all after a very low quality experience in the ER. The ER did not provide us any labs or information while we were there and released us earlier than we were comfortable with. Dr. Schley was apologetic for our experience and took us step by step through what to watch and even made a list with us of optional foods and beverages to improve hydration for our daughter. Because our daughter has sensory processing challenges, especially around food and beverages, this was an immense challenge for us to overcome. Our daughter is improving hourly and we are so grateful for the guidance of Dr. Schley. We truly feel that she cared and with her suggestions, prevented us from a secondary ER visit. She also spoke to our daughter directly, instead of just to us as caregivers about our daughter. Those things matter to us. Thank you Metro Pediatrics for having incredible providers who truly connect with their patients and make care feel individualized.

Dr. Baliga is the best pediatrician. I couldn’t ask for better. Over the years she has seen us in many different phases and makes you feel so empowered in your parenting, never down plays concerns and interacts with your child in a way that makes them want to come back. Leaving our four year old visit my daughter ask to “come back to see her because she’s fun”. Giving children and parents that support is something irreplaceable and I’m so grateful for her and her medical assistants

Dr. Moore has been very supportive of my daughter's issues. She's patient (no pun intended) in taking time to explain the options and has excellent bedside manners.

Dr. Malcom is an incredible provider and the staff at Metro Peds are so kind. Even though my toddler feels nervous going to the doctors, he always enjoys seeing Dr. Malcom. She is also very thoughtful and thorough in her answers for all of our questions. I highly recommend receiving services at Metro Peds!

Dr. Burton has gone from family pediatrician to friend. She is thorough, empathetic and compassionate. Give her a few appointments and she will grow on you. We trust her with our three kids who are, of course, our world. We cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Dr. Casey Agosta is an amazing doctor. Is always extremely patient with the many questions that I have in every appointment. Has never made me feel rushed.Is very respectful, kind and caring. Definitely recommend this amazing doctor as well as Metropolitan Pediatrics.
