After a less than satisfactory experience at another local pediatrician office we decided to give metropolitan pediatrics a try on recommendation from a lactation consultant that heard great things from numerous patients.I’m so grateful and relieved we switched. We went in for our two week appointment and had a WONDERFUL, kind, and thoughtful visit.The medical assistant, Katie, was so kind in helping us replace some paperwork that was left at the previous pediatric office. She was proactive in keeping us informed about services that the office offers (like 24 hour nurse advice line) and was overall very helpful and kind.Dr. Bix was incredible. She took her time with us and answered all of our questions patiently and with impeccable bedside manner.
