We are located at 25050 SE Stark Street in Gresham (Building 4 on the Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center campus), just off I-84 at Exit 16 (NE 238th Drive). Our clinic is in Suite 300 on the third floor, with free parking directly outside and step-free ADA accessibility.
