Metropolitan Pediatrics Expands Beaverton Clinic and Pediatric Services

Metropolitan Pediatrics announces a significant expansion and remodeling of its Beaverton clinic to incorporate 41 exam rooms—double its previous capacity—to enhance accessibility, support same-day care, and offer more services for its patients.

The company is celebrating the expansion with an open house and family fun day on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm. The newly remodeled Beaverton clinic has added new providers and introduced specialized care, such as lactation consulting and behavioral health services. New areas designated for same-day care will result in quicker access when patients need it.

“The remodeled clinic is focused on patient comfort in a modern space,” explained Wade Miller, CEO of Metro Pediatrics. “The spacious, bright, and colorful new exam rooms incorporate the latest technology for quick access to patient records and efficient use of space for both patients, medical assistants, and supplies.”

The open floorplan of the clinic follows our collaborative care model with a new shared workspace for providers. Physicians, medical assistants, care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, and lactation consultants work side by side, fostering real-time collaboration and improved patient outcomes.

Metro Pediatric Grows While Staying True to Its Mission

Metropolitan Pediatrics serves over 52,000 children across six locations in the Portland metro area, with patients from as far away as Mt. Hood and the Oregon coast, including Vancouver, Washington to the north, and Salem to the south. With more than 60 dedicated providers, the practice operates seven days a week to ensure families have access to care beyond regular business hours.
