KATU Everyday Heroes: Project Erase
For many of our pediatricians, patient care doesn’t stop when they leave the office. Our doctors can often be found volunteering in the community, lending their talents to a worthy cause.
Watch Dr. Barbara Ferré help patients change their bodies and their lives in her work with Project Erase, a tattoo removal program offered through Portland nonprofit, Outside In. She’s been volunteering with them for more than a decade and says she gets back far more than she gives.
Everyday Heroes is a segment written and produced by KATU News, which recognizes regular people doing extraordinary things for our community. Metropolitan Pediatrics has been granted permission to use this content.
