About Payments & Insurance
Metropolitan Pediatrics will directly bill your claims to most insurance companies.
You will need to bill your insurance directly for motor vehicle accident or other third party liability claims (e.g., traveler’s insurance or foreign country insurance). We will happily provide you with a CMS-1500 form and/or receipt to submit to your third party insurance for reimbursement. Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered for these types of visits.
All balances are due within 30 days from the date on your statement. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact us. Monthly payment plans are available.
