Our patients are the reason we are in business. We value you and our goal is that your experience with our team be one of quality and satisfaction. Our highly trained staff handles the billing for all four of our clinics. The responsibility for paying for your treatment is ultimately that of the patient. However, we are happy to bill your Insurance carrier on your behalf. We submit and follow-up with the Insurance carrier on your claims in an attempt to reach resolution. Our representatives are available to answer any questions or establish payment arrangements on your account. We work for you; we are accessible, responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. We want to “Do it right the first time”.
